Managing partner of Swipe Property Colin Napper started his career in Property in 2004 setting up one of Dublin's largest Letting agents. Having successfully sold this Letting agency business in 2012, Colin shifted his attention to software development for the Property industry helping develop technology to streamline the job of lettings & estate agents. In 2015 Colin decided to apply his knowledge and passion back into the lettings marketplace in Dublin opening Swipe Property with the aim to provide an unrivaled lettings service for landlords with the niche he plans to carve out in the Short Term renting marketplace.
