Colin napper
Managing partner of Swipe Property Colin Napper started his career in Property in 2004 setting up one of Dublin's largest Letting agents. Having successfully sold this Letting agency business in 2012, Colin shifted his attention to software development for the Property industry helping develop technology to streamline the job of lettings & estate agents. In 2015 Colin decided to apply his knowledge and passion back into the lettings marketplace in Dublin opening Swipe Property with the aim to provide an unrivaled lettings service for landlords with the niche he plans to carve out in the Short Term renting marketplace.
Andreas Riha
Manging Partner Andreas has worked within the property industry since 2004. Over the years Andreas has been responsible for sales, marketing and growth. He successfully grew the portfolio from scratch to Dublins largest when he successfully sold it on in 2012. With the wealth of knowledge he picked up from the day to day business activity of his agency he developed property management software for the lettings industry. Andreas was responsible for the sales & marketing of the software across Ireland and successfully signed up 10% of the market. With the rental industry seeing growth again in 2015 it was time to start back into the rental industry. Swipe Property was established with aim of delivering quality properties with excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants. To date Swipe Property is on target to deliver what Andreas and his team aimed for.
